Sub:     Commemorating Original Advocates of Unanimously Agreeable Philosophy and Governance.

Date:   April 9, 2017

The Supreme Court has already adopted the Unanimously Agreeable Principle of Fundamental Fairness [UAPFF] – to not usurp public wealth or others’ private wealth even surreptitiously – as the thrust of Indian constitution to decree landmark verdicts against many Indian Cabinet-approved executive policy actions like government takeover of farmland, allocation of coal fields and spectrum to crony capitalists, etc.

This memo shows how UAPFF amounts to a rational new Supreme Court verdict for establishing Krishna or Rama commemorative monuments ('temples') for Krishna or Rama at their birth places (even if these sites may be ‘disputed’) and why such verdict should be unanimously agreeable by all Indians irrespective of their current caste, language or ‘modern’ religious belief:

UAPFF is the essence of Ancient Indianness or Bharatiyata.  UAPFF was originally championed by Krishna and Ramachandra, for civilized coexistence humanity, when no organized religious belief existed. Krishna and Ramachandra were not “Hindus” or “Hindu Gods” or “Reincarnations of Hindu Gods” because the term ‘Hindustan’ or ‘Hindu’ did not exist then:

  • The land to the east of river Sindhu was termed Sindhustan by Arab traders while selling spices and condiments from Sindhustan to Europeans.   Europeans mispronounced Sindhustan as Hindustan.

  • Mogul and British invaders branded the Hindustani cultural practice - characterized by devotion to Ancient Krishna-Rama Dharma, akin to Modern Constitutionality, of not usurping public or private wealth, even surreptitiously - as Hindu religion inferior to their modern religions

  • Mogul emperors resorted to Adharma of killing, maiming and looting Hindustanis. They destroyed and defaced prominent relics of Dharma like temples devoted to Rama and Krishna.

  • The Indian British Raj painted Hindustanis as pagans (unenlightened souls) and depicted their ancient literature - like Mahabharat, Gita and Ramayana written in ancient India to propagate Ancient Dharma - as mythologies (lies) with a mission to intellectually efface Ancient Dharma (akin to modern constitutionality) from earth.

  • Even after losing India 70 years ago, British 'scholars' like U of Chicago professor Wendi Doniger in a book published by Random House Penguin Books, continue to paint warriors of Dharma like Krishna as immoral sexual creatures.  A primary CDAS propagandist like the New York Times spreads such 'scholarly research' in its columns for its readers around the world!

  • Despite such shenanigans of invaders of Hindustan, epics like Mahabharat, Ramayana and Gita could not be effaced from earth; they continue to be ingrained in the souls of Hindustanis like me. This is perhaps why Hindustanis worldwide remain united despite their artificial divisions based on caste, language and 'modern religions.'

  • The invaders’ philosophy - scripted and spread as modern finance and economics - has indeed become the Current Deep Administrative State (CDAS). The literature created and propagated by the elite finance-economics academy and media, embedded with the CDAS, is driven by dogmas sans rational, unanimously agreeable foundation. This literature is modern mythology. It has been deliberately designed and spread to perpetuate systemic robbery by CDAS.
  • The public has almost unanimously recognized failure of the modern elite academic literature, as the US Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission blamed the authors and practitioners of this literature for causing a manmade (avoidable) financial catastrophe in 2008. The FCIC rejected the testimony of these authors and practitioners (constituting CDAS) that the 2008 crisis was a slap of the invisible hand (god) through an Oxford U Press book authored by a Yale professor and endorsed by bigwigs in CDAS. In contrast, the basic thrust (UAPFF) of ancient literature has triumphed, by being adopted as the guiding principle of the modern constitution (that of USA) written in 1776 and spread world wide as necessary for civilized co-existence of humanity.
  • My memo dated April 9, 2017 shows how (a) Unanimously Agreeable Philosophy and Governance (UAPG) – based on UAPFF - has triumphed over the modern economic philosophy underlying CDAS as well as other organized religious beliefs, and (b) spreading UAPG has led even the New York Times to prescribe Gita as an academic philosophical text.

  • UAPG does not stem from and is not founded on any ethics, morality or dharma, as ordained in Gita or any other ancient or modern text/scripture.

  • UAPG rationally obtains within a contemporary dynamic mathematical model of microeconomics among wealth-maximizing agents in industry, households and markets.

  • UAPG is constitutional whereas CDAS or any other modern system of governance - including Libertarianism, Capitalism, Socialism, Communism and Islamic System - is unconstitutional.

  • No amount of elite or non-elite punditry from, for example, NYT, Washington Post or top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale, Chicago, Stanford, MIT and their likes or other think tanks (elite and non-elite) can sweep under the rug the epistemic truth that unconstitutionality (unanimously agreeable fundamental unfairness) ordained by CDAS has led to failure of CDAS that caused the 2008 financial catastrophe, exactly as discovered in my academic research mimeographed in Federal Reserve since 1991 and in direct communication with the US Congress and presidents since 2003.

  • The British attempt to carve a Muslim state out of Hinsustan in 1947 has rather created the Frankenstein of Pakistan, not a ‘land of the pure.’

  • In fact, dividing humanity based on modern religions including CDAS has squarely failed due to the advent of UAPG

  • Spreading UAPG has educed real Mythya underlying the modern CDAS literature on economics and finance, which is being spread by the Anglo-American empire to loot enterprising wealth creators everywhere, as was publicly obvious in 2008

  • Rationally, Krishna and Ramachandra were human beings, but with extraordinary skills to establish Dharma – akin to UAPFF underlying UAPG - for governance of India.  Indians rationally reminisced and revered Krishna, Ramachandra and every other human like Durga and Saraswati who helped perpetuate Dharma through consistent actions and literature.
  • The literature devoted to the original Dharma Prasharaks may have been exaggerated by subsequent authors to nurture and perpetuate UAPFF in ancient India.  Devotion to Dharma became the unique cultural identity of ancient Indians. This distinct cultural identity had made India the most dominant economic power, contributing 23% to global economy, which is as much as USA contributes to global GDP now.
  • The rich ancient India had attracted invaders.
  • The invaders of India struggled to efface the unique Indian culture (Indianness or UAPFF) from the minds of Indians to ordain their antithetic philosophy to kill, maim, subdue and loot enterprising wealth creators of India.
  • The invaders obviously wanted devotion and slavery of Indians by erasing from memory the ancient Indian characters like Krishna and Ramachandra.
  • Supreme Court’s rationally adopted UAPFF, underlying UAPG necessary for unity and economic rise of modern India, must be unanimously acceptable to all Indians (the posterity of ancient India). This makes inevitable for the SC to decree to establish commemorative monuments (‘temples’) dedicated to the original triumphant advocates of UAPFF at their birthplaces.
  • The Supreme Court's constitutional jurisprudence of UAPFF amounts to voiding the surreptitious usurpation of birth sites of ancient UAPFF advocates by Mogul invaders who ruled with a mission to efface UAPFF. The SC has already found such mission unconstitutional. A Supreme Court verdict in favor of building a Rama monument ('temple') in the 'disputed' birth place to commemorate an original champion of UAPFF should be unanimously agreeable even to the Muslims who have found no other birth place of Ramachandra and who should be presumed to possess their Bharatiyata or constitutionality, namely, to not usurp others' wealth even surreptitiously. Rationally, such SC verdict is not religious.
